Service Description
MegaStock is a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The service includes inventory management, order processing, transport document management, AI-powered document import, and multi-warehouse support. Access is provided through a web browser at app.megastock.io.
Account Registration
To use MegaStock, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. Sharing credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. The following is prohibited: attempting to access other tenants' data, using the service for illegal activities, uploading harmful content or malware, performing unauthorized security testing, reselling the service without written authorization, intentionally overloading the infrastructure.
Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in EUR and do not include applicable VAT. Payment is processed via credit card through Stripe. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after 7 days of non-payment. A 15-day free trial is available without requiring a credit card.
Data Ownership
Data entered by the user into the system remains the exclusive property of the user. MegaStock does not claim any ownership rights over user data. You may export your data at any time using the system's export features. Upon account deletion, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Service Availability
MegaStock strives to maintain 99.5% monthly service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via email. MegaStock is not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors (network issues, third-party providers, force majeure).
Limitation of Liability
MegaStock is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaStock shall not be liable for: loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages, data loss caused by the user, service interruptions due to force majeure. MegaStock's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings. MegaStock reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of: violation of these terms, prolonged non-payment, fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Changes to Terms
MegaStock reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. In the event of substantial changes, you will have the right to withdraw without penalty within 30 days of notification.
